Career
Michael Regan is a Managing Director at Roberts & Ryan Investments, with a focus on debt capital markets and fixed income trading. He has more than 25 years of experience, with a concentration in specialty finance opportunities within fixed income groups.
Prior to joining Roberts & Ryan, Mr. Regan served as Managing Director of the Woodbury Group, specializing in servicing the hiring needs of private equity firms and financial institutions. He was also a Managing Director at Hilltop Securities, where he financed the needs of charter school, student housing, multifamily, hotel, renewable and project finance clients. Prior to Hilltop, Mr. Regan spent seven years working with financial institutions managing loan sales and acquisitions. He completed transactions with banks, insurance companies, money managers, hedge funds and credit unions.
During the great recession, Mr. Regan started Cross Point Capital, a securities firm specializing in running auctions for student loan securities, distressed loan sale auctions and the trading of all securitized products.
Mr. Regan holds SIE and FINRA Series 7, 24, 53, and 63 licenses.
