Robert Gelnaw is a Managing Director at Roberts & Ryan Investments. He has more than 30 years of experience, with a primary focus in debt capital markets.
Prior to joining Roberts & Ryan, Mr. Gelnaw served as Head of Debt Capital Markets at Oasis Pro Markets, assisting with a capital raise in shares of a trust focused solely on Bitcoin. Before that, he spent nearly 20 years at HSBC, where he was Managing Director and Head of Debt Capital Markets. Mr. Gelnaw was responsible for managing HSBC’s debt capital markets practice across North America. Mr. Gelnaw began his career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he was Vice President of Loan Syndications, Global Cash Management & Debt Capital Markets.
Mr. Gelnaw holds SIE and FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses.

Robert Gelnaw is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, where he received a BA in Economics, as well as a graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business, where he received an MBA in Finance.
