Co-Manager on Paycor Secondary Offering Deal – October 2021

Roberts & Ryan Investments Inc. is grateful to have been named a Co-Manager on Paycor Secondary Offering.

Paycor provides human capital management software to SMBs primarily in the United States. It is a SaaS platform. Founded in 1990, Paycor offers solutions for managing human resources, payroll, talent and workforce, targeting businesses with a headcount between 10 and 1,000. It had over 44,000 clients as of March 31 this year of 2021.

 After three months since Roberts & Ryan Investments Inc. was named on Paycor IPO as a Co-Manager, we are glad to once again be named on their secondary offering.
