Unlike other wheelchairs, the IBOT offers its user a multi-modal mobility experience including all-terrain accessibility, stair & curb climbing, and an eye-level standing height experience.

The Roberts & Ryan and Robert Irvine Foundation partnership supplies Veterans who lost their mobility in active duty with an IBOT wheelchair. Thanks to this collaboration, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Chris Kaag, who was diagnosed with AMN (adrenomyeloneuropathy), a degenerative nerve condition that eventually took away his ability to walk, is the most recent recipient of the IBOT. His story is truly motivational.

The Roberts & Ryan and Robert Irvine Foundation partnership supplies Veterans who lost their mobility in active duty with the IBOT wheelchair. Thanks to this collaboration, US Army Captain Greg Galeazzi, who lost both of his legs in an IED attack, is the most recent recipient of the IBOT.
Greg, while serving in Afghanistan in 2011, gave both his legs when encountering an IED. Greg has battled through rehabilitation and depression to create his life. He is married with two beautiful children and, at the time of this writing, is finishing his fourth year of medical school at Harvard.
