With a background spanning financial leadership and operational management, Jim has led corporate finance, strategic planning, capital allocation, risk management, information technology, supply chain operations, organizational development, and large-scale transformation initiatives. His executive leadership experience includes senior roles with Libbey Glass, The Andersons, Owens Corning, and General Electric.

Jim is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.
