Career
Jason Hardzewicz is a Managing Director at Roberts & Ryan. Mr. Hardzewicz started his career at the NYSE in the mid 90s and became a member of the exchange in 2001. During his time as a trading specialist on the NYSE trading floor he handled many special situations. This includes numerous IPOs, company spinoffs, and mergers. He was first named as a team leader in 2004, managing a team of traders from a risk, performance, and compliance perspective. He became a trading floor official in 2009 and was named co-chairman of the security and safety committee in 2013.
Mr. Hardzewicz has extensive experience in dealing with corporate leaders, being a primary point of contact regarding market activity and developments. Throughout his career he excelled in cultivating strong relationships with senior management at companies that he represented at the NYSE. He has also been a frequent market structure panelist, discussing the evolution of the equities market.
Mr. Hardzewicz holds SIE, FINRA Series 7, 24, 21, 55, 63, and 79 licenses.
