Roberts & Ryan hosted an investor call with Five9’s CEO, Rowan Trollope and CFO, Barry Zwarenstein. They recently reported excellent earnings (you can see the results in the stock price) and this was a great opportunity for investors to hear their story firsthand – and to ask their own questions.
Five9’s Mission: “Transform how businesses engage with their customers and deliver that brief moment of delight when your customer discovers that their problem has been effortlessly resolved.”
We’ve all had those frustrating calls with “customer service”… Who doesn’t enjoy waiting on hold for 30 minutes, only to repeat the same information you’ve already given? Five9 is changing that.
GREAT EXAMPLE: One of their customers was experiencing over 3,000 customer hang-ups per day. Imagine that – customers calling and over 3,000 of them were hanging up. This company brought in Five9 and the results were REMARKABLE: 90% self-serve, 95% decrease in customer hold times, 96% decrease in customer hang-ups, and a 44% reduction in phone costs.
“Contact centers are mission critical”, and Five9 is helping companies make their centers perform (much) better AND more cost effective. I believe it was Rowan that said their service is becoming “Not a nice to have, it’s a must have”.
On behalf of the entire Roberts & Ryan Investments, Inc. team, I would like to say “THANK YOU” to Rowan and Barry for their time and tremendous overview of Five9!
