This month we had the pleasure of hosting an investor call with Sprinklr. A group of asset managers were able to hear directly from Sprinklr’s CFO, Manish Sarin, and their VP of Finance and Head of Investor Relations, Eric Scro.
Sprinklr included us as a Co-Manager on their IPO last year – we were very happy to host this call!
Their NYSE ticker symbol is “CXM”, which is also the acronym for “Customer Experience Management”, which is exactly what they do – very clever on their part. Things have changed significantly in how companies interact and listen to customers. Think about social media apps and all of the information that can be extracted – Yelp reviews, Twitter, TikTok, etc. Sprinklr is on the frontlines in helping companies to adapt to this new world. Their business is growing quickly – lots of demand for what they’re doing.
Sprinklr bills themselves as a “cost reducer”, a “risk mitigator”, and a “revenue generator” for companies. If that’s appealing to your company, check them out.
