The Roberts & Ryan Investments Inc. team welcomes Will Russell. Will, a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, joins Roberts & Ryan as a Managing Director of Capital Markets in the energy sector.
Mr. Russell has 17 years of institutional equity and capital markets experience, holds the Series 24, 7, and 63 FINRA licenses.
Prior to joining Roberts & Ryan, Mr. Russell assisted companies in the energy, industrial, and technology sectors in the delivery of major capital projects through the reduction of cost, schedule, and risk as the Director of Global Solutions for Strategic Project Solutions (SPS).
For 14 years prior to SPS, Mr. Russell provided institutional equity sales and capital markets services as a Director of Institutional Equities at Howard Weil, a leading energy boutique investment bank in New Orleans, LA. Prior to Howard Weil, Mr. Russell began his institutional equities career at Southcoast Capital and completed the Perot Systems Information Technology Executive Development Program.
Mr. Russell served as a Marine Corps Officer. During his Marine Corps service, Major Russell led Marines in India 3/10, BLT 1/8, 1st ANGLICO, and 3rd Force Reconnaissance Company, serving in Operation Silver Wake and in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. His Marine Corps qualifications include Artillery Officer, Infantry Officer (Reserve), Amphibious Reconnaissance School, Navy & Marine Corps Parachutist, Marine Corps Combatant Diver, SERE, and Tactical Air Controller.
