Dean J. Niedospial served as a Senior Director, Business Development at Roberts & Ryan. Prior to joining Roberts & Ryan, Dean was Executive Director for the Chicago Park District Pension Fund, a position he held for eleven years.

Before that, Dean was Director of Marketing for Gardner Rich, a Minority-Owned Broker Dealer started by Chris Gardner (the “Pursuit of Happyness,” starring Will Smith).

Dean’s additional previous experience includes Chief Financial Officer for the Chicago Teachers’ Pension Fund, law firm management, and as an auditor for a public accounting firm.

Dean graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
