Paycor provides human capital management software to SMBs primarily in the United States. It is a SaaS platform. Founded in 1990, Paycor offers solutions for managing human resources, payroll, talent and workforce, targeting businesses with a headcount between 10 and 1,000. It had over 44,000 clients as of March 31 this year of 2021.
Roberts & Ryan Investments Inc. is grateful to have been named Co-Manager on Paycor’s Initial Public Offering. Paycor sold 18,500,000 shares at $23 per share, above its initial range of $18 – $21, raising $425.5mm.
