What’s clear is that a company that was once almost exclusively an executive search company, is now highly diversified – across lines of business, geographies, and industries. Korn Ferry has evolved significantly, and Robert Rozek (CFO) says that they’re still in the early innings of their transformation.
They’ve made several acquisitions over the last couple of years and they’re very good at finding synergies – lots of opportunities for cross selling. The amount of proprietary data that they’ve accumulated is impressive, too. It was interesting to hear how they help their clients solve critical business issues, focusing on their most important asset – their people. Different employees require/seek different things and Korn Ferry knows how to address all these issues.
