Roberts & Ryan hosted another great investor call with Rexford’s Management team – they never disappoint!
They’re experts in their field and the market they operate in, and they’ve developed an incredibly impressive “machine” to source opportunities. Roughly 85% of their transactions are off/lightly-marketed deals, and there are thousands of opportunities for them to consider. With 2.7% ownership in their market, they see significant upside – and they have the tools to perform (very) well.
“Value Creation” is something we talked about a lot, and so was “Discipline”. Too much to discuss here but here’s some bullet points for the market Rexford operates in (not a complete list):
